Initial Consultation telehealth or in office, 90-120 minutes
In your initial consultation we'll spend our time discussing your needs, objectives, and goals. We'll also review your brief medical history, your current dietary system and talk about what is and is not working for you. Because my focus is on the whole person, we'll also cover things like your energy level, stressors, coping mechanisms, and any chemical sensitivities you may be experiencing. Note: You will need at least 1 follow up session following the initial consult.
Follow-up Visits telehealth or in office, 60 minutes
After your initial visit, I have a lot of work to do. For every client, I work up a plan that tailors to their specific objectives. This could encompass things such as meal plans, recipes, food journaling, and progress tracking. Follow-up sessions are approximately 1 hour. Depending on the need of the client, the frequency and number of the follow-ups will vary. We'll review your progress at each meeting and add new things as you are ready and as need arises.
3-Package or 6-Package of Follow-up Visits in office, 60 minutes each
These are cost-saving packages for clients who want to commit to more frequent tracking and progress instruction.
In Your Home Pantry and Refrigerator Review
I offer this service to established clients. I'll come to your home and we can go through your pantry and refrigerator together and talk about what things may not be serving you and what healthy alternatives are out there. I can also assist with helping to organize your kitchen to make it more 'user friendly' and convenient. We can even discuss kitchen tools and products that make life easier!
Market and Grocery Store Trips
This service is also for established clients. We'll meet at a grocery store of your choosing (likely the one you shop at most) and tour the store together to talk about the healthiest choices you can make while food shopping. I can help you work within your budget and not feel like you are breaking the bank to eat healthy.
